Jay was an absolute Godsend in selling our house! He made the process completely stress free. We are in Germany, and he handled EVERYTHING for us. Also as first time sellers he walked us through the process, helped us understand each step, and handled occupancy permits and repairs. His photographer did an amazing job of capturing our home. His guidance was spot on and really helpful in navigating selling a home. We expected it to take months, but in a little over a month our house was listed, and sold. Such a great experience. Highly recommend Jay and his team!

Not to sound sappy but there aren't enough good words to say about these guys. They have been ever so patiently working with my family for over 5 years now and have always been so kind and helpful. Honestly they deserve an award for putting up with us for so long and for taking the time to show us so many homes. When my son was a baby we were having trouble trying to look at a home and Jay actually picked him up and carried him around the yard so we could get a minute to look in peace. I consider them to be like family and think the world of the Kehrer Team. If you are looking for an awesome real estate group these are your guys. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤
